Venesualan Christmas Bread

Pan de Jamon, I was introduced to this at work and was determined to make some for myself…


First impression on taking it out of the oven was not bad…

And on slicing it open… lots of ham, olive, cheese and raisin goodness. Oh it was lovely. Quite pleased with my first attempt.
